TWINBORE & TRIBORE
Twinbore (2 cutting edges) and Tribore (3 cutting edges) provide a range of heavy duty rough boring tools which enable high metal removal to yeild increased productivity while maintaining levels of accuracy which in most cases will eliminate the need for semi-finishing operations.
Whether used in the standard or step boring arrangement, the rigid design has proven successful in the machining of bores with non-central cores and Tribore is ideally suited to the machining of bores with interrupted cuts where the rugged construction is essential to absorb the resultant cutting forces.

TWINBORE & TRIBORE
The principle of the Twinbore and Tribore system allows the adjustment of the insert holders from minimum to maximum bore sizes within its predetermined range via the adgustment screw to each individual tool holder.
The insert holders can accomodate standard ISO inserts Tri, Square, Stellram Rhomboid (75 deg) in various approach angles.
With the added benefits of the cutting forms and multi insert configuration, prove the Twinbore/Tribore system to be a tried and tested rough boring tool, utilizes higher feed rates.
