CUSTOM DESIGNED TOOLING
With the metal cutting manufacturing industry continually striving for greater levels of productivity, the considerable experience and expertise of Microbore's Engineering Design is available to customers having non-standard tooling requirements. Special tooling configurations are designed on the Company's state-of-the-art CAD system and manufatured to the exacting requirements of specific customer applications. In particular, Microbore's cluster tooling designs increase productivity by combining several machining operations to achieve precise limits when critical surfaces of the workpeice are machined in a single pass.
Also available is the option of having a Microbore hole bored into a customers bar/tooling. |
